Assorted mystery snails

Pomacea bridgesii, also known as the mystery snail or spike-topped apple snail, is a South American freshwater snail with gills and an operculum. They are scavengers that can grow to the size of a golf ball, making them one of the largest snails in the world. Mystery snails have two pairs of antennae, one longer for navigation, and two tentacles for finding food. They have a lid-like operculum to cover their shell's opening for protection. They come in a variety of colors, including: Golden, Ivory, Blue, Jade, Chestnut, Magenta, and Purple.
