Firemouth Meeki Cichlid

The Firemouth cichlid (Thorichthys meeki) is a semi-aggressive, omnivorous fish native to Central America. They are a popular choice for beginners due to their hardiness and are often recommended for community tanks with similar-sized, non-aggressive fish. They have a pearlescent blue body with a bright red throat and underbelly. Males grow larger than females, reaching a maximum length of 6 inches.
